Goals for 2018
Goals are a constant topic in our house. Every couple of months I sit down and look at Jed's goals. Is he improving? Can I mark something off? What have we been working on for months? What needs more time? Writing goals can be extremally overwhelming; seeing all the things your kid can't do or what he is behind in. I like to set Jed's goals up with 2 categories: things he needs to learn and things he needs to master. The master list is like my short list; he can do these things, he just can't do them 9 out of 10 times so he is almost there!! Most of the time we can accomplish those goals with just practicing it a little more. Every month we choose a few goals and try to just push them throughout the day. Once he gets the goal mastered we move onto the next and try not to dwell on how much we have to do! Here are Jed's goals for 2018- he is 3 turning 4 this year!
